Shafic Lwobawo know as Sl Fiq was born in Uganda and raised by his mom in the second biggest city of Uganda (Jinja). He later left his family at the age of age 8 due to lack of basic needs at his home
He lived on the streets for the next 4 years till the age of 12
He didn’t get lot of education but attended secondary school for 3 years.
He then dropped out of school in order to earn some money and take care of his large family.
At the age of 17 he started his journey as a fashion creator dealing in second hand clothes.
He was the model for his brand
And then his modeling career started and is still going on.
He modeled for one of the biggest East African fashion designer and also worked for other designers.
His music career started as a freestyle rapper on the streets.
Despite the difficult circumstances
He was successful singing in church, modeling and starting his music career.
He is by now 22 and optimistic about his life.
