Slagr is a folk chamber trio formed in 2004, with members Katrine Schiøtt on cello, Anne Hytta on hardanger fiddle and Amund Sjølie Sveen on vibraphone and tuned glasses. They perform their own music characterised by close interaction between the sounds in the instruments, sounds of a vast landscape and a meditative, mezmerizing quality. On March 11th they are releasing their new album Linde on Hubro Music with music composed by Katrine Schiøtt.
