I’m EL Mehdi, born and raised in the city of El Jadida. I grew up in a religious family, but one that was deeply connected to music. Since I was a child, I’ve been passionate about music—especially rap—which became my way to express my feelings and thoughts.

In 2021, I decided to start my journey as a rap artist, carrying inside me many emotions and experiences I couldn’t express except through music. Thanks to my passion and determination, I quickly developed my skills and became a unique voice in the local rap scene.

Today, I’m known in El Jadida as “Sleepyboi,” and without a doubt, I am the best rap artist in the city—one of the standout names with a distinctive style and honest lyrics that reflect our reality and dreams
