Their music is influenced by such great idols like Queens Of The Stone Age, Clutch, Foo Fighters, Black Stone Cherry or Faith No More. The debut album of SLOWMESH called 'SOMETHING NEW' contains 11 brand new tracks. As their music is based on elements either from doomster-stoner southern rock or the nu-metal of the early 2000's - they call their musical style 'nu-stoner'.

When founding their new band, SLOWMESH in October 2016 the members were already known in Hungarian underground music scene from their previous performances, such as VL45, Haelo, Saint Petrol, Checkpoint Charlie, Fish!, P.O.T., Wedge and Bálnalovas.

After hitting the stages of Hungarian and international clubs and festivals for more than 13 years the guys realized that it was time for SOMETHING NEW.

They gathered their ideas and inspirations together and moved into the studio.

The result is a brand-new debut album with 11 kickass songs.

You can find elements from stoner metal, grunge or even nu-metal, but one thing is sure: You will love this record!
