Made with love, Slugman are a 5 piece progressive jazz fusion band, combining emotional lyrics, dreamscape melodies, and grimey back beats. Taking influence from the likes of King Krule, Puma Blue, and Black Country, New Road, and creating their individual sound.
Slugman is a vacuum of odd time signatures and jazz influence- having gigged across Birmingham and the Midlands, working close by with promoters Unify & Prosper.
Slugman have just released their debut single ‘To Feel, Like Me’, providing a somber but uplifting singalong track.

Now following it up with their second full-band single, “I Dream, A Ground City Slug,” the band deepens their sonic palette—pushing further into off-kilter rhythms and abstract storytelling, offering listeners a glimpse into a fragmented dream state wrapped in jazz-fusion oddity, a slow spiral inward, a soundtrack for quiet nights and uncertain mornings.
