Manchester born, London based, Slundarq's sound draws on the influences of 90s UK rave, hardcore and hip hop as well as the sci fi, horror and fantasy movies that he grew up on.
Having cut his teeth as a DJ playing hip hop, house, UK garage and breaks, in his own productions Slundarq aims to bring all of these influences together to transcend tribes and subgenres, whilst staying firmly rooted in the original spirit of the rave: peace, love and unity.
He hopes that by reuniting the various schools of dance culture, we might once again use the music to overcome differences and build a brighter future; making the world a better place through beats and bass.
Failing that, he hopes to at least inspire people to get right on it, lose the plot on the dancefloor and have a proper large one. Safe.
