SMA

The duo of DJ Space and the Disastah is characterized by the classic hip hop sound of the 90’s combined with the tendency of composing their own music instead of using pure samples. They cooperated on stage and in the studio with a lot of artists of the greek and foreign hip hop scene.
SMA started their journey in the late 90's, but it was not until 2002 when they started releasing a few underground tracks and performing throughout Greece. The name of the group was taken form the classic graffiti crew of the 90's (The Street Magic Art), which they joined in 2000 as the hip hop band of the crew. In 2005 they signed at Grand Royal Productions a label of EMI Music Group, but their first album was released two years later, in November 2007. In the same year, they join the indipendent Super Group Filiki Etaireia (The Friendly Society) together with Sifu VERSUS, Professional Sinnerz, Sparky T, Diveno and Iso XL and they release their debut EP "Manifesto".
In the next years SMA went independent and released several projects (see full Discography below) and two full albums: Sto Metaxy (2009) & Edw Kai Twra (2012).
In 2013 they join the greek independent hip hop label IMIZ BIZ Entertainment
