Starting as a two piece in a mildewed dorm room years ago, singer/lyricist Nathan Childers and guitarist Aaron Lensch formed the foundation of the now full-band experience, Smallville. This emo/pop-punk outfit explores seemingly mundane moments that serve as touchstones in one’s life. These are moments such as realizing your parents are growing older and weaker or watching your childhood neighborhood be demolished to make room for the city to expand and commercialize. Though hailing from Nashville, the band has played with many acts across the east coast such as Valleyheart, Sinai Vessel, Hit Like a Girl, and Cayley Spivey (FKA Small Talks). Smallville is sure to twist your heart with their biting stories and heavy riffs featured on their release -- Humming & Survivor’s Guilt.
