Mwangi Peter Njoroge aka Smarta Official was born on the year 2004 being the first born son to Mary Ndegwa and David Mwangi.Since childhood he had always dreamt to sing and his inspiration was Wyre. He began his music career in 2020 during the Corona pandemic with his debut track Whine Up where he was a member of Nane Gang Entertainment.After completing high school he decided to work as a solo artist and part ways with Nane Gang Entertainment.
He has also achieved alot since he began his journey as a solo artist and was crowned Emerging Artist of the year 2023 by the Pride of Kenya Awards.
Smarta is an all round artist meaning can do all genres but mostly is focused on Topical raps and Love songs.
Smarta is to make history in the music scene in the year 2024 with God's help.
