Snapburn is a Nu Metalcore band from Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. The band is composed of 5 super members: Max Xaverio (Vocals), Mac Adiatma (Rap), Axel CB (Guitar), Baiu Progress (Bass), and Agung Kris (Drums). Snapburn was formed by Axel CB (guitarist) and Mac (rapper) in 2014, beginning as a gathering spot for the hip hop and rock scene in Kediri.
The members of Snapburn grew up in the era of Nu Metal music that was popular in the early 2000s such as Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, Korn, and Bring Me The Horizon. Our vision is to revive the Nu Metal music era that was popular in the early 2000s. With that spirit, our creative exploration is quite unique, starting from the lyrics that use various languages such as Indonesian, English, Javanese, and Japanese. We also blend various music elements such as Metal, Hip Hop, Emo, ethnic music, and electro music, resulting in music works that have unique value and new color in the music industry.
