Snelle Jelle is an Amsterdam based Producer & DJ .
He started his deejaying carreer mid 90’s as a turntablist mainly focused on scratching. After a couple of deejay battles he began to produce and he released a series of independ 12″ releases. As a producer he has worked with the likes of Gers Pardoel, The Opposites, Jayh, Adje, Kraantje Pappie, Sjaak, The Partysquad and many others. He also produced music for movies like New Kids Turbo & Body Language.
At the moment he’s mainly focusing on combining his dj & production work. The most recent releases got airplay on the notorious BBC1XTRA radioshow Diplo & Friends and distinguish his dj-sets from others.
At De Herman Brood Academie Jelle teaches new talent in different disciplines like studio-technique and audio-engineering.
