Sofia

Sofia is a singer-songwriter from East London who grew up in a household of music lovers-raised on a steady diet of doo-wop, Fleetwood Mac and The Beach Boys. From a young age, she would write songs and sing a cappella harmonies with her twin sister, performing wherever she could. It was in these moments she knew that music was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. After nurturing her innate pop sensibilities through her teens and forming various bands, Sofia signed her first record deal at seventeen years old. Sofia worked hard to hone her craft and while traveling the world on tour-buses and writing songs for a number of other artists, she emerged with her fully realized debut EP, Colourful Way in October 2014. Colourful Way is a bright, bold, perfectly formed package of infectious, feel-good pop combining her childhood influences with her obsession for artists like The Shins, Katy Perry and Lily Allen. Whilst Colourful Way continues to inspire a devoted following and popular acclaim, things are only just beginning - in 2016 Sofia will release her debut full-length album.
