Solemn Soul

Hello! My name is Tom. I started my music making journey in April of 2024. I’ve always been a talented writer and music has been a passion of mine since I was a child. I remember begging my parents to buy me my first <a href="spotify:artist:3q7HBObVc0L8jNeTe5Gofh" data-name="50 Cent">50 Cent</a> album when I was 6 years old. Growing up I was heavily influenced by artists like <a href="spotify:artist:7oPftvlwr6VrsViSDV7fJY" data-name="Green Day">Green Day</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:51Blml2LZPmy7TTiAg47vQ" data-name="U2">U2</a> , <a href="spotify:artist:0zOcE3mg9nS6l3yxt1Y0bK" data-name="The Fray">The Fray</a> , and <a href="spotify:artist:3gd8FJtBJtkRxdfbTu19U2" data-name="Mumford &amp; Sons">Mumford &amp; Sons</a> . Here’s a funny anecdote about me that foreshadowed my future as a musician: When I was in the 1st grade, I got into my dad’s eBay account and found an electric guitar and proceeded to outbid my self upwards of 20 times. The seller was gracious enough to understand the circumstances and offer a refund. That following Christmas my Uncle Tim gave me a guitar as a present &#x1f602;.

One thing about good music in my opinion, is that it is timeless. And good music should come from the soul. My music is based on my life experience and I try my best to stay true to myself and my values as a Christian when I write and record music.

Anyways I hope you enjoy what I have to say in my songs and I hope they give you a little bit of joy, a little bit of peace, a little bit of strength to fight that fight you tell nobody about, and ultimately I hope my music inspires you to see that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
