From Bayamón, Puerto Rico, brothers Jean and Jonathan Solero are a pop act like no other, creating tropical grooves and timeless hooks. Known as Solero, they gained buzz after releasing Spanish-language covers that showcased their masterful vocals and artist vision.
Solero caught the attention of P Music Group after releasing a version of Charlie Wilson’s “You Are” in late 2011. Soon afterward, they brought their magnetic presence to live performances and studios sessions where they created "Acoustic Fridays." Posted on their Youtube Channel every Friday morning, each cover highlights their expansive musical background as the duo produces and arranges every musical component.
Now based in LA, their forthcoming debut EP Green Light blends live instrumentation and electronic flourishes to offer up everything from wistful ballads (the acoustic-guitar- laced “Seasons”) to beat-heavy powerhouses (“Radar,” whose blazing guitar solo gives a loving nod to Thriller-era Michael Jackson).
