After their successful string of concert dates in 2019, online magazine Stormbringer praised “the excellent vocals” and the “progressive instrumental direction”. The magazine also stated that “the passion for their music came across noticeably” and has compared Solid Sky to “Karnivool and Anathema.”
Solid Sky was formed in Vienna, Austria by singer Gideon Clark and guitarist Valentin Walch, joined by Lukas Felician Krasel on bass and Jakob Johannsen on drums.
