Hailing from different parts of Lithuania and clustered in capital Vilnius, Solo Ansamblis combines internal and external dance moods, electronic and live instruments, analog synthesizers and digitally processed sound. The ever-growing audience entitled their style as sad dance. Solo Ansamblis stands out in the contemporary Baltic music scene with overlapping pulsating synthwaves and mesmerizing live performances. The catchy albums Roboxai (2016) and Olos (2020), as well as numerous EPs and videos, received critically acclaimed feedback and led the band to headline various events in their homeland and tour abroad.
In 2023 Solo Ansamblis teamed up with Lithuanian electronic music wizard Roe Deers and released SAoRD EP. Later on it was supplemented with SArmxRD EP and released as double vinyl in 2024.
Scenos, the third album, was released on March 21st, 2025 by Artoffact Records.. 9 scenes of intersecting time zones and layered realities, tension between the organic and the synthetic, fading memories loss and the flow of time invite listeners to puzzle the various fragments into their own understanding of the universal whole.
