SOMEKIDPUNK

Founded in 2020, SOMEKIDPUNK is an open collaboration between Circa, Chris Canon, BAD ONE, Dylan McLean, and a constantly evolving cast of Central Florida singers, rappers, producers, and instrumentalists.

Since its inception, Circa has filmed all SOMEKIDPUNK sessions. From its 2021 launch to late 2022, SKP released a new song every two weeks.

After a short break for Winter of 2022, SKP has been preparing to release a wave of new songs leading up to their debut album.

SKP releases new documentaries, music videos, and performance clips on Instagram and TikTok on a weekly basis.

In 2023, the group plans to begin editing their first feature-length documentary and releasing all of the footage, instrumentals, acapellas, and audio stems. These files will be released for free with a full license so that other creators can collaborate, remix, and continue their tradition of open-source creativity.
