Somino is a Los Angeles based rapper from Norway whose expressing his personal based poetic lyrics through a unique sound blend of Alternative Hip-Hop with a cinematic impact. Dreaming of one day creating a new sound in the Hip-Hop world, Somino spent years learning to produce his own music to be in complete control of the creative expression in his works.


Birth named Sturle Breivik in Stavanger, he moved to Hollywood with the intention of giving it all for the music dream. In Hollywood Somino recorded the song "A Brother Know", his debut single setting the tone for the creative universe his building for his upcoming project. With his cinematic and conceptual sounds, he writes his songs as chapters and scenes in a movie, summing up to a full storyline based on personal highs and lows, and the unseen struggles we go through as individuals.


The Dreamer, Somino's stage name came from a misspelling of the latin word "Somnio", meaning "dream". The meaning of the name is a key element in Somino's story and what he stands for, with a vision of one day be a voice motivating the youth to dear pursuing their dreams
