Sonohara (Sarah Westervelt) is set to redefine boundaries once again with her highly anticipated self-titled fourth studio album. Building upon the foundation laid by the critically acclaimed Pleasantville, the self-titled sees Westervelt dive straight into her heaviest, most focused album yet, representing a darker chapter that has consumed the last three years of her life.

Originally bursting onto the scene in 2017, Westervelt began achieving critical and commercial success with hit singles such as "Alive", "Honestly", and "Doomageddon". 2019's Finding Rhythm saw her deliriously happy dance music galvanize people around the world, while 2021's Pleasantville saw her fall further into the depths of darkness and anger, all while maintaining Finding Rhythm's deliriously happy front. Now, dropping the gimmicks and dealing with themes such as self-hatred, loathing, dysphoria, shutting in and running out, the unrelenting energy combined with her signature electronic undertones is sure to put the entire music scene on notice, and give the ultimate outlet for raw catharsis.

It isn't just music. It's a statement.
