Sooney’s renowned for crowd-pleasing sets and unique productions pushed into the realm of the headliner with his move into the coveted Hot Creations family with his ‘Back to the Music’ roller. Label boss Jamie Jones saw Sooney’s potential and signed the tracks shortly after hearing them. They powered onto the label on both vinyl and digital formats, accompanied by a solid remix from Route 94.


More was to follow with releases on ElRow music, Roger Sanchez’s Under the Radar, Of Unsound Mind and a collaboration with Slipmatt and his ‘SL2’ moniker that dropped on Shadow Child’s – Food Music. More recently Sooney has dropped on Shanghaied, Cr2 Records, and in the latter half of 2020 an EP on Leftwing & Kody’s - ‘Lost Records’ and a single on Tough Love’s - ‘Get Twisted’.


Sooney has received consistent airplay on major radio stations including BBC Radio1 with Annie Mac, Pete Tong, and Danny Howard all showcasing his talents in and out of the studio. .


On a gig front Sooney has had several headline gigs including Sankey’s Ibiza at Studio 338 and was asked to return several times both in Ibiza and UK. Sooney would return to 338 to headline for Abode and a calling to guest for ‘Solardo Sessions’ at Abode in the Park. Further requests were made for Sooney as a headliner for London’s Eastern Electrics festival appearing on the ‘Skreamizm’ stage b2b with production heavyweight CITIZENN.
