Soshy, real name Deborah Sarah Epstein, was born in Paris (France) to a French-Argentinian mother and a Russian-Ukrainian father.
Her early childhood was spent between France and New York City. She then moved to Los Angeles.
SoShy, who began her career as an actress, soon discovered the art of DJing.
In 2006, Soshy signed with Sony Music/Epic in New York, which led her to travel the world, to co-write with artists like Mark Ronson, John Legend, Ceelo Greene, Ryan Tedder, Cool and Dre, Estelle, Michelle Bell, Justin Timberlake, Novel, Stephen Marley and many more…
Her two songs “The way I” and “Dorothy” were both featured on EA games FIFA 2010.
In 2009, SoShy was signed to Timbaland’s MosleyMusic Group and Jimmy Iovine's Interscope/Universal Music Group.
She co-wrote and featured on “Morning After Dark", their first single from Timbaland's album “Shock Value II”.

In 2012, SoShy signed to Sphere/EOne in Canada. She released her album « Crack The Code » in September 2014.
The first single "City of Angels" entered Canadian top charts right away, and was n°1 for 4 consecutive weeks.
Second single was « Whateva Man ».
She co-wrote and featured on rapper AZ “Back To Myself” single in November 2016.
She co-wrote and featured on 5 songs for DJ/Producer Junior Sanchez’s album « under the influence ».
Soshy is currently living in Paris, working on different projects and collaborations.
