Soul to Take

-How it all began…-

2011 – It was a cold day in Germany. Martin recorded the first Soul to take Song “Save me”. Chris plays the bass line, they knew each other from their old band.

But they had no good singer… Now it was time to search for a person who wants to sing it.
They thought the best place was a musical forum. Martin posted the song to find someone to sing. Kostas Lolis the singer from a famous rock Group from Greece called “Trigger” wanted to sing this song. In the early of August 2011 Kostas went to the studio and recorded the vocals for “Save Me” with the additional help from George Emmanuel (Rotting Christ). During this time Martin recorded a second Song (Dead and gone) and asked Kostas again whether he wanted to hit the vocals.

Hell Yeah! He did it…The title song of the album is dealing with the global economical crisis and the dead end that each person suffers. From this day on Soul To Take was born.

One day Martin's Girlfriend told him about Roman, who was on the hunt for a new Band.
They approached contact and started with some jam sessions in the Soul to take Studio and “Among the Wolves” was created.

One year later a full Album entitled “Dead & Gone” and containing 12 songs is almost ready to start a journey around the world.

The band started working after the release of "Dead & Gone" on new songs. On December 7th 2018 they released their second album "Beautiful Wreckage".
