Southern Pine is the moniker of songwriter and multi instrumentalist, Zack Kardon. Originally from the Northeast, Southern Pine is now rooted in Asheville, NC. Kardon's songs look inward. They don't seek to describe or explain but simply hover- bottling the essence of a feeling.
'Each Word I Speak' is Southern Pine's first release since their 2019 EP, Standing Still. The song is a reflection on patience. We all wish to know and understand the story of our lives as they unfold in real time, but ultimately, clarity is something that only comes with time.
