Space Needle brings The Grunge in town!
SPACE NEEDLE’s main purpose is making everyone acknowledge that the grunge scene is still worldwide active, continuing the legacy of the genre’s pioneers, such as Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots and many others yet bringing today’s touches to the unmistakable sound of the 90’s.
The concept and the core itself belong to Alex Purje - vocals & guitars, but the final product is the result of the collaboration with Nicolae Arama -guitars, Calina Maria -bass, and Ati de Chile -drums, who are also sharing the same goal.


Povestea trupei a început cu Alex Purje, o chitară acustică și multe povești ce așteptau să fie cântate. Următorul capitol i-a adus în peisaj pe Nicolae Aramă la chitară, pe Călina-Maria Curticăpean la bas și pe Ati de Chile la tobe, care împărtășeau aceeași pasiune pentru muzică, în special pentru grunge. Totul s-a legat, natural și așa a apărut primul album Space Needle, lansat în data de 21 noiembrie 2014.

Apărut sub egida Fiver House Records, albumul a fost înregistrat la StartRec Studio, București, de către Sultan Nasser, editat de către Nicolae Aramă, de mix și master ocupându-se Adam Whittaker.
