Sparrow Sleeps is Casey Cole and Peter Lockhart. The midwest-duo met sometime around 2008 through mutual friends in the Indianapolis music scene. Five years later Casey, somewhat accidentally, started Sparrow Sleeps shortly after his daughter, Sparrow, was born. He created a handful of lullabies for Sparrow and also shared them with the Internet. Peter and Casey joined up in 2014 to take Sparrow Sleeps to the next level. The two have released over 70 albums in the subsequent years.
