Spirits is a 4-piece emocore band from the Portland Oregon area, raising awareness for depression and mental health. Their debut EP Novellas came out in 2019, accompanied by releasing some of their favorite emo covers. Spirits is also known for their reaction channel EMO BAND REACTS on YouTube, where they dissect and review new and older artists from all genres.
