Spitty is an Indian-Canadian rapper and community leader from Brampton (just outside Toronto). His music carries a energetic yet thoughtful nature as he strives to inspire listeners through his songs. South Asian samples and instruments blend with North American influence to birth his cultured approach to hip hop. Spitty draws inspiration from artists like Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, & J. Cole.
In 2025, Spitty flew out to Singapore to perform at Music Matters, his first Asian festival. His hit song "Blue Lays" has been in regular rotation on SiriusXM Canada Northern Bars & Dhamaka since it's release. Spitty's song "Kush" went viral in the anime community with hundreds of creates behind it. He performed for DesiFest in Toronto at Sankofa Square, as well as headlined Root'd Fest in Brampton.
In 2024, Spitty sold out his biggest headline concert at The Drake Underground in Toronto (October). The next day he performed at Nathan Philips Square for Toronto's biggest Diwali festival. This happened 1 month after the release of his 2nd album, Motherland, which he appeared on live TV channel CP24 to do an interview for. During the summer, he went viral on Instagram Reels and now has a steadily growing social and streaming base. He's also performed in Kelowna, BC for Do It For The Culture Festival and opened for the most popular rap act from Pakistan, Young Stunners, in Toronto. Spitty closed 2024 by opening for Canadian legends Simple Plan in Brampton for NYE.
