In Malawi we cannot talk about new age Hip-Hop without meantioning the name Spyral. Born Kennnedy Mwenya, Spyral is one of the young Hip-Hop artists in Malawi. The Blantyre based artist has since then been making waves in the industry from the year 2016 to 2021.
The artist's hard working spirit can not go unnoticed as he has recently dropped one of the best Hip-Hop LP's the country this year. The LP which is called HIGH HOPES has since been making news among masses with "Ndimaganizo bho" as his lead song. The 14 song body features other household names such as, Leslie, Charisma, Toast & SevenOmore.
As people exepted his project to have different genres in it; Spyral put to light that he isn't an artist that is moved by the waves of the wind. He is inspired by different genres cause he doesn't limit himself when it comes to music he listens to but when it comes to making it he is strictly a Hip-Hop specialist.
