SquadButter

SquadButter is a Nigerian Afro beat duo project. The duo uses music to share their personal stories, thoughts, and opinions. While the two are not always outspoken, they speak through their music. Every lyric and beat are 100% personal and relatable to SquadButter.
This project arose from these two artists’ solo projects. While working together in the studio, the two friends and singer-songwriters noticed their chemistry and joined forces. SquadButter showcases electrifying beats and slick vocals that will capture your ear, even the first time you hear the song. They believe that artistic expression through music is important, and writing music allows them to express themselves in ways they wouldn’t otherwise express.
If you’re feeling happy or sad, if you’re winning or losing, SquadButter’s music is for you. They share emotion in each and every song, and hope their story resonates with you. SquadButter currently has one single available on streaming platforms, “N.F.S.,” with many more tunes to come. They’re firm believers that every person has their own story and unique experiences to share with the world, and they hope that you can relate to their stories as if they were yours.
