Squito Babe

Squito Babe was born in Como in 1998, the son of a sculptor and painter artist; he has always been surrounded by art. He embraced Hip-Hop at the age of 13, delving into its various disciplines. Finding his path as a producer, he later founded <a href="spotify:artist:3q1wnF7hPssKZWdvD0Vgnt" data-name="SmokeStackStudio">SmokeStackStudio</a> in 2018 (a recording studio that would later give its name to the homonymous collective formed by him, <a href="spotify:artist:3ihDaKob6Ohw8UiwgRftfD" data-name="PoloBoiShisso">PoloBoiShisso</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:5VkaIeHXt1uFJNGoIrqF9J" data-name="CicoSuave">CicoSuave</a>). He developed a technical, sinister style, closely tied to intricate arrangements and the evocation of images, favoring instrumentals with raw and refined samples. As part of the collective, he released four independent albums: <a href="spotify:album:1DzPlojp4tNmdEoqca4Ulw" data-name="STACKBOIZ EP">STACKBOIZ EP</a> (2018), <a href="spotify:album:3CoF51QUcc3h4jSo6Cx8uY" data-name="VILLAINS!">VILLAINS!</a> (2019), <a href="spotify:album:7ESzMEiQjvZV12RFEHI0c8" data-name="Deadly Combination">Deadly Combination</a> (2020); <a href="spotify:album:5gznJrpVACK1AhV0DcWv36" data-name="MONKEY RULES">MONKEY RULES</a> (2023). In 2022, Squito won the FacceNuove2022 competition by Italia Music Lab. Over the past two years, Squito collaborated with various artists from both the new and old schools of Italian and American rap, including <a href="spotify:artist:3hCo0MeLrjAvQxAzPknjhK" data-name="Mattak">Mattak</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3mYX7vBPyawVDzf3ORen1z" data-name="Gionni Gioielli">Gionni Gioielli</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:76Ya3GynbfSulxDueMNSUS" data-name="COLE TRUCEKLAN">COLE TRUCEKLAN</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:7FRkiYA24RIXPNG3zdzo2l" data-name="Deriansky">Deriansky</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:5IHqA6YzPMGrf9CDjly4az" data-name="MBOSS">MBOSS</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4uyIwcaJgV9ShErevnVlNp" data-name="10k.Caash">10k.Caash</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1fTtdB7ppQhdFosmH7nxGR" data-name="RollzRois">RollzRois</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:7djBWDVQvjaDbC8rSilpLC" data-name="Armani Doc">Armani Doc</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4mHcb0HQlOY5ZME2n2EX27" data-name="ZZ">ZZ</a> and many others. He released his first solo album in 2022, titled <a href="spotify:album:0NFtTumFuFRmz8HHE8coCk" data-name="IL GOLEM D&#39;ARGILLA">IL GOLEM D&#39;ARGILLA</a>. His second album, <a href="spotify:album:4g2HfuSTXrbteNu5WUJwPK" data-name="ANDATE IN PACE">ANDATE IN PACE</a>, is entirely produced by platinum producer <a href="spotify:artist:38CThoTDmXugNnfonW466d" data-name="Jiz">Jiz</a>. His latest album <a href="spotify:album:2z8l5wOMAwCFiPh0F9nIxJ" data-name="Sepia: Vol. 1 &amp; 2">Sepia: Vol. 1 &amp; 2</a> came out in 2024 and is entirely produced by <a href="spotify:artist:7t2qFIUsPri0boh4VUih5U" data-name="Mr. Squito">Mr. Squito</a>.
