Welcome to the theatrical, and ever-evolving world of St. Aurora – a five-piece post-hardcore band from Helsinki.
Since their formation in 2020, St. Aurora has carved out a distinctive sound blending alt-rock, post-hardcore, and eccentric theatrical flair. What began as bassist Eemi Lamberg’s creative outlet has grown into a unique and dynamic musical force.
Their debut EP <a href="spotify:track:45KxMGipaLxbnNUW7bo3yi" data-name="They All Remember">They All Remember</a> introduced a promising new act, while their follow-up releases have cemented their identity — bold, imaginative, and impossible to ignore. The band has since gained attention for their high-energy live shows, including numerous sold-out club gigs and appearances at major Finnish festivals.
International recognition followed: Metal Hammer named their single <a href="spotify:track:2JcQ2W0pzMJ5YntBc1RQHt" data-name="Hold the Line">Hold the Line</a> one of the best new metal songs of 2020, and in 2023, their unreleased track <a href="spotify:track:7jQ6UTUl7ec7rETlbcpHKq" data-name="Going to Heaven">Going to Heaven</a> was selected from over 7,800 entries for the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty soundtrack. The band will also appear in the second season of the award-winning Finnish series "Munkkivuori - All the good girls".
Now, with a growing fanbase and a reputation for unforgettable performances, St. Aurora is preparing to release new singles in late 2025 and early 2026. The circus is here to stay.
