Stacey Sarpong is a singer/songwriter born and raised in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
She grew up in a Christian household where her mother led bible studies every week.
From the age of 16 till her early 20’s, Stacey sang as a backing vocalist for several dutch artists in the Gospel scene back then.. From studio recordings to live performances, the foundation had been laid for Stacey’s singing career.
In 2012 Stacey got married to the love of her life, professional football player Jeffrey Sarpong. They traveled the world together for her husband’s carreer.
After moving back to the Netherlands mid 2019 Stacey decided to officially start releasing music. Her first ever released single was “Love Never Fails “ on 14 February 2020. As the title already suggests, the song is about love. In the song she basically sings about 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 with a jazzy/lounge type of style.
Soon after Love Never Fails she teamed up with Nigerian artist Angeloh for her second song “Trust His Plan” which was a massive hit. The song went viral on social media and the timing of the song was just so profound as it was released right when the Pandemic just started. We literally had to Trust God through it all.
On the 21st of May 2021 Stacey released her
first official music video of the song “On The Road” which was released on the Gospel Hydration Youtube Channel.
