Stacia

Raised in the German city of Augsburg, the 28-year old singer and songwriter Stacia discovered her passion for music when watching MTV at an early age of ten. Receiving support from her family, she started taking piano, guitar and singing lessons and at the same time discovered her love for songwriting. From the age of 14 she started to perform her original tracks at festivals. Without any doubt, the young Anastasiya (Stacia) realised that music is her true calling and continued to shape her craft by collaborating with other musicians and producers. After winning various newcomer prizes, she was discovered by Universal music publishing. That´s when Stacia´s artistic route would initially leave the borders of her hometown and bring her to Berlin. Focusing intensely on finding her unique sound and artistic vision, Stacia has been working with well-known writers as well as promising newcomers and soaking in the atmosphere of the metropole. The result is an intense mix of pop, R´n´B and indie pop music that Stacia herself calls "emotion pop".
