Masterfully blending the essence of EDM, pop, rap, orchestral, and any other genre he can get his hands on, STALEY emerges as a diverse and captivating figure in music. Hailing from Kansas City, Nathan Staley trained as a classical pianist since an early age, whilst expanding his instrument repertoire from then on.
From joining a classic rock band in his early teens to being the current keyboardist of the Nashville country band American Noise, STALEY draws inspiration from a diverse array of musical influences. Spanning from Stevie Ray Vaughan to Bach, from Miles Davis to Subtronics, STALEY resonates with depth and in-the-moment emotions.
From August of 2023 to January of 2024, STALEY used his debut album as a test to see how many genres he could experiment with and produce while maintaining a professional sound. The album, Universal Void, spans from genres such as hip-hop to classical to African within twelve tracks - a feat only STALEY can claim.
In recent months, STALEY has steered towards electronic music, as the genre continues to be a promising gateway for independent artists. For current followers and future fans, STALEY aspires to connect to all - no matter where he plays or what category of music. He states, "Film scoring is the end goal, but DJing, producing, and playing will be a part of me forever."
