Standing Alliance

Standing Alliance recently released their first EP, Revisions, and is currently in the studio writing and recording their 2nd EP.

Born in 2011 from the steadily growing metalcore movement in Minneapolis, MN, Standing Alliance blends the dark, heavy undertones of modern American metalcore and European symphonic progressive melodies. The band finds influence and inspiration from Parkway Drive, In Flames, Killswitch Engage, Periphery, The Ghost Inside, As I Lay Dying, and August Burns Red.

The band knows exactly how it wants to sound, and they’ll go to great lengths to achieve the perfect album. Their recent studio EP went through six years of revisions and re-recordings to sound exactly how the band intended.

The Standing Alliance of today has been in the works for decades. Guitarists Jeff Shaw and Justin Crandall, Vocalist Mike Hill (“Mike Mountain”), Bassist Dave Beckman, and Drummer Kevin Lindow come together with a combined experience of over a decade’s worth of recording and live performance.

Standing Alliance is at its best during live performances, and has supported national touring acts such as Godsmack, Incubus, Sevendust, Disturbed, Fear Factory, BUSH, Hale Storm, Trivium, Nothing More, Rise Against and many more.
