Met my wife on the party island iOS;-) Greece in the summer of -92. Thunderstruck played loud at the club and we were dancing on the tables. Then this bloke came up and started picking a fight over Lena.
Lena said to me ”If you want love ..., but if you want ”blood” I’m walking. We quickly left the party and have been a couple ever since.
The pounding drums in the song are there for the punches you get in life. The rising melody repetion on the other hand is that inner core that will never change ”the little kid” that’s larger than life 🤩
You can also say that you always have the chance to choose love over your fears ..and you’re on the right track again 👍❤️😄
I remember the time when you went to the record store for that album you’ve been waiting on for so long. You put the record on, looking at the cover, listening to every detail. Then put the album on tape, bought new batteries to your radio. Converse/Vans sneakers on, skateboard in one hand and the ”ghetto blaster” on your shoulder. That’s how we rolled.. :-)
..not playing for some 20years its time to bring back that energy from the past, bring back ”the little kid” again ;-)
