Stanley Fenech

Music has been one of my passions for as long as I remember. I find myself expressing my state of mind through my tunes which can vary from a wide range of styles. I don&#39;t like to classify myself within a particular genre, and my musical influences come from different genres too, whether it&#39;s a jazzy tune from <a href="spotify:artist:00Nnsh2ykMBYnCDsSFGXSY" data-name="Earl Klugh">Earl Klugh</a> to a song from my all time favourites <a href="spotify:artist:2jzc5TC5TVFLXQlBNiIUzE" data-name="a-ha">a-ha</a> or a metal tune from <a href="spotify:artist:6mdiAmATAx73kdxrNrnlao" data-name="Iron Maiden">Iron Maiden</a> to an electronic tune from <a href="spotify:artist:762310PdDnwsDxAQxzQkfX" data-name="Depeche Mode">Depeche Mode</a>. I grew up in a musical family and I was given the possibility to appreciate music as is, whether it&#39;s a classical piece or a pop song if the music touches my soul I would love it.

Such influences can be easily identified in the new album &#39;50&#39;, which was released on my 50th birthday. This album was composed, produced and mixed all by myself. This was something that I wanted to do for a long time but never had the courage to do. The Covid-19 pandemic, the lockdowns, curfews and quarantines played a big role in having this project done, and was my way of coping with all the rest.
