Static Motion play music that gets you moving, grooving and everything in between. Having formed at the beginning of 2020 after having connected online (who said Tinder didn't teach you life skills?), Nick, Kane, Robbie and Sammy quickly bonded over their shared of love of pop, funk, blues and pop music. The boys wasted no time and got to writing and fleshing out the songs that would soon go on to become the mainstays of their future setlists.
Featuring lush harmonies, catchy hooks, upbeat and funky rhythms and spicy guitar and keyboard solos, Static Motion mix, blur and straddle the lines between pop, rock, funk, blues and indie with poise and fluidity. Where words fail music describes - and Static Motions songs, ranging from catchy, jangly pop numbers to driving, moody and somber ballads, describe themselves well. Having released three singles so far the boys are set to drop their debut EP 'Entertain Me' late May.
