Born in the Netherlands on August 5, 1988, Stefanie Joosten started her modeling career while living and studying in Japan. In the mid 2010s, Joosten focused primarily on acting, contributing to a video game in the Metal Gear series and Spacelords. After enjoying a short break she returned to the spotlight with leading roles in Wanted: Dead and Soulstice.
In 2022, Stefanie Joosten made a decision to explore a career in music. Her debut album helmed by Giorgio Moroder as the executive producer features songs written by Moroder himself, Pete Bellotte and Tom Whitlock, famous for their work with Donna Summer, Berlin, Blondie, David Bowie, Irene Cara and Janet Jackson. It’s the first time in 40 years the Academy Award winning Giorgio Moroder puts his name on a record by an emerging artist. Matt Sorum and Kenny Wayne Shepherd make guest appearances as well.
