Stefano Ranieri, born in Pescara in 1974.
In early age he raises a strong passion for music by listening to his older brother’s vinyls and cassettes with Funky, Rock, Soul and Disco sounds. In 1989, moved by curiosity, he enters in a vinyl shop in his city and gets in touch with imported vinyls, starting to create his private collection of underground, house, techno and ambient records of legendary labels such as Muzique, Gherkin, Nu Groove and lately Underground Resistance and Strobe Records.
Shortly his passion for djing brings him to play his music in many parties based on in hometown.
In 1991 becomes resident dj at “Aqua Disco Village” (Ancona) where he has the possibility to share the dj booth with some of the biggest names among the international house music scene, and build his own artistic identity spinning his records at the “Priveè” , a place that has become a beacon for central Italy clubbers.
During the 90s he gave his contribution to deliver in all Italy the sounds of house music playing in the best clubs of the whole country, playing frequently for the coolest after hours, one in particular, “Syncopate” will give him the possibility to grow and create a personal identity in his sound.
Recording his own music in studio for years, collaborating with NYC labels “Nulu” and “Nulu Electronic”, he came out with his first EP “Resurrection” in July 2017, which was played by many international djs around the world.
