Stefanosis is currently located in Ventura, California where he is actively gigging for a few local bands on bass, percussion and/or vocals.
Stefanosis began home-recording three decades ago. He plays most instruments on his tracks and handles the pre-production as well, preferring the musical genres of reggae, dub instrumentals, world music and psydub. Being a yoga teacher and advocate of higher consciousness through ethno-musicology, many of his themes and music are inspired by east-Indian, Jamaican and Brazilian culture (his wife is Brazilian). Some of his earlier works have already been featured on vinyl pressings and compilations in the U.K.
(A little known fact about Stefanosis... he produced the first album by Hawaiian reggae artist Humble Soul entitled 'Good Lord Thank You' under the moniker 'Sayan'. That album was very successful, and influenced many future reggae artists on the island.)
