Stelios Rokkos is one of the most successful and timeless Greek singers and songwriters.
He started singing and playing guitar professionally in his hometown, Lemnos, in 1984. At the age of just 15, he toured in Europe, America and Israel as a guitarist alongside renowned Greek artists. His unique voice and way of performing, as well as his rock appearance, made him stand out.
In the beginning of his career, he wrote and performed the song “Avgoustiatiko Feggari”, which was included in his first album, released in 1992. At the same time, he wrote songs performed by other artists, such as Makis Christodoulopoulos, Themis Adamantidis and Stamatis Gonidis. In 1994 he released his second album, “Smaragdia Kai Roympinia”, which was a great commercial success and established him even more.
Being a very creative artist, Stelios Rokkos has released albums that received platinum and gold sales awards and dozens of timeless songs. Among his hits are: “Smaragdia Kai Roympinia”, “Karavani”, “Apopse Tha Ginis Diki Mou”, “San Agrimi” and more.
As a songwriter he has collaborated with artists such as Sakis Rouvas, Giannis Kotsiras, Nikos Nomikos, Stamatis Gonidis, Themis Adamantidis, Peggy Zina, Vlassis Bonatsos and Lizetta Nikolaou.
