Stella's Ghost

Eve Thomas, Lu Byrnes, Mia Seten, Wes Thomas and Michael Barry make up the Sydney band Stella’s Ghost. They met through school and the power of social media. Eve Thomas, the lead singer, writing most of their music finds her inspiration from bedroom pop and emo bands/artists such as Beabadoobee, Wolf Alice and Soft Cult to name a few. Other influences from the band come from pop-punk, indie rock, grunge and a twang of country here and there from their fabulous lead guitarist Lu. Starting their music career together; Eve already had some experience in the industry/releasing music (Love Drug - Eve Sophia) and lots of music to start playing together as a band rather then solo. This collaboration and friendship has landed them gigs across and outside of NSW; Factory Theatre in Marrickville at best so far. Releasing their long awaited first single “Bully” has kicked their passion for music to a higher level. Mastered by Jack Nigro from The Grove Studios (DMA’s, Skegss, Middle Kids, etc). Stella’s Ghost are venturing out of the gigging scene and into the online streaming scene with an array of singles and an EP to come. This is just the beginning of Stella’s Ghosts journey awaiting a fulfilling and satisfying career in the Aussie music scene.
