Stephanie Jaimes (hy-mes) is a classically trained cellist with a passion for contemporary styles and an advocate for challenging the traditional role of the cello in an ensemble. In Stephanie’s playing you’ll often hear a wide variety of extended percussive techniques.
Throughout her career she has toured and shared the stage with big name artists.
Her recent performances include playing alongside Burna boy, Kygo, Björk, Shakira's Super Bowl Halftime show, The Eagles, JLo, Foreigner, il Volo, Wyclef, and with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
