Stephen Douglas Wolfe is a singer-songwriter whose music blends folk, Americana, country, and rock & roll, inspired by artists like Jackson Browne, Bob Dylan, and Elliott Smith, as well as Bon Iver and Jason Isbell. His journey began at 14, and by 20, he was touring with his band, **Getaway Driver**. In 2007, he released his solo debut, *Except for the Birds*, as **Cavaliers**, collaborating with Lawrence/KCMO artists. After a break, Wolfe moved to Syracuse in 2013, performing under his own name and gaining local acclaim with *We’ll Live*. His 2017 EP, *Quixotic Symphony*, won **Best Singer/Songwriter Recording** at the Syracuse Area Music Awards. Wolfe has since released successful singles like *Exhale*, *Renascent*, and the globally praised *Thoughts & Prayers*. On **February 28th**, he released *Underground*, the first single from his upcoming album, a hopeful country song about love. With a voice carrying experience and lyrics of raw honesty, Wolfe continues to captivate listeners and redefine his musical legacy.
