With nine ASCAP awards, a GRAMMY nomination and a GMA Dove Award under his belt, Alabama native Steven Dale Jones is a well known singer/songwriter in the music industry. Marked by songs recorded by such legendary and diverse artists as Bonnie Raitt, George Strait, Alabama, John Legend, Kenny Rogers and Reba, his 30-year career has earned him more than 150 cuts and over 20 million records sold. Steven's decades long, top-of-the-chart success can be credited to his unique talent and incredible ability to remain relevant in an ever-changing industry.
In addition to his most recently recorded work by BMLG Records artist Brett Young and MCA/Universal artist Jordan Davis, whose 2018 breakout hit "Singles You Up" reached No. 1. Steven has produced two solely written and composed EP's, a rarity in country music. His latest EP, "Music & Lyrics" includes all original work, composed and written solely by Steven.
Best known for memorable songs such as "One More Day" recorded by Diamond Rio, "He Gets That From Me" by Reba, and "Ten Thousand Angels" by Mindy McCready, Steven's work has also been recorded by several other of music's biggest names including Randy Travis, Doby Gray, John Waite, Trace Atkins, Engelbert Humperdinck, Tanya Tucker and featured in film and television.
