Steven Faulkner is an independent singer-songwriter from Hinckley, Leicestershire, UK, writing honest, emotionally driven songs about the things that shape us – relationships, resilience, mental health, humanity and the world around us.
Drawing from a broad musical palette, Steven lets each song find its own sound rather than chasing a single genre. Following a Four-year break from releasing music, 2026 marks a new chapter. His latest single, I Do Still Believe, arrives on 3 July as the first of seven new releases, beginning his most ambitious project to date.
Away from the studio, Steven has built a reputation as an accomplished live performer, appearing at Y Not Festival and sharing stages with Ben Ottewell (Gomez), Jamie Lenman, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, Mark Morriss (The Bluetones) and Miles Hunt (The Wonder Stuff).
Whether intimate and reflective or loud and cathartic, Steven’s songs are united by one thing: they have something genuine to say.
