Stormkrijger was born in 2024 as a collaboration between Rick de Brabander and Martijn Storm. Both living in the Netherlands, the project was inspired
by them chilling and jamming on a day in the studio. With Martijn's input and a blend of a dozen genres from Rick's experience a unique
flavour of House came alive. The sounds of Stormkrijger can be described as powerful but mellow - A deep atmospheric blend with
a funky rhythm. Finding the story in each musical piece is what makes Stormkrijger a project to look out for.
Rick de Brabander started producing back in 2008. He started out with Hardstyle - but soon after he found himself diving in a tenfold different genres.
Having attended the SAE Audio Engineering program and enjoying years of personal experience, he set out to create Stormkrijger.
Martijn Storm started as a DJ at schoolparty's back in 1998 - and soon he after he became a resident DJ at the famous Amsterdam Club 'It'.
He grew his presence with warming up the crowds at club 'Escape'. Years following he had many more resident positions at different clubs like the very succesfull 'Le Journal' in Hilversum and many more. He played internationally and at home and is now coming back as a part of Stormkrijger.
