Substation are a band formed in Bury St Edmunds in 2017 with original members singer Indigo Spooner, guitarist Jack Stanton and drummer Isaac Proctor. Bassist Harry Hammond and guitarist Cam Redmond joined in 2018 and 2019 respectively. Substation have been gigging regularly ever since, while creating an extensive catalogue of Sonic Youth and Ride inspired songs that have helped to build the band a loyal following throughout East-Anglia. This led to the band winning the NMG Under 18 Artist of the year for 2022.
