Sue Smith is a Canadian artist based in Guelph, ON.
Sue is a singer, songwriter, composer, vocal arranger, producer and teacher. Sue’s magnetic relationship with groove and melody is first and foremost in her expression. With a passionate interest in the natural world, Sue’s work takes inspiration from the landscape and its many interpreters.
Sue has released five albums to date including her debut solo release “I’m So” (2006),
The Bird Sisters “Flo” (1990), “Different Stories” (1992) and “She & She & She” (1995), and Ondine Chorus “Towards A Little Light” (2013).
Sue Smith’s revelatory new album, “Tonight We Sail” will be released on Feb. 25, and offers up a soulful fusion of stellar ensemble playing with veteran musicians Jeff Bird, Kevin Breit, Randall Coryell and Howie Southwood, collectively known as The Potion Kings.
